2. Dice onions, broccoli and bacon and place in pie crust. Add grated cheese
3. In a 4 cup measuring cup beat the 5 eggs until frothy. Add milk until the cup is at the 3-1/2 cup level. Add spices. Mix thoroughly.
4. Add milk and egg mixture to pie crust.
5. Place in a 400 degree F oven for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 300 degrees F and cook until top is golden brown and firm.
Remove from the oven and let set for 5 minutes before serving.
