This is a great stir fry recipe for those in a hurry. A great meal that is good for you.
- 1 Small or Medium Red Pepper
- 1 Small or Medium Yellow Pepper
- 2 Celery Stalks
- 1/3 Head of Broccoli
- 2 Medium Carrots
- 2 Bone-less / Skin-less Chicken Breasts
- 1 Cup Rice un-cooked (Your choice)
- 1/4 Cup Teriyaki Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Olive & Sesame Seed Oil
- Start by cooking the rice according to the directions on the box.
- Pre-heat a grill or BBQ and cook the chicken. Brush with teriyaki sauce after chicken is turned.
- Chop all the vegetable to a uniform size and wash.
- Heat a wok or large fry pan. Add olive oil and sesame seed oil to the pan and allow to heat until almost smoking. Add vegetables. Saute over a medium - high heat turning vigorously so veggies don't burn. cover and allow steam to cook vegetables.
