A great stir fry recipe that only takes about 35 minutes to make

This is a great stir fry recipe for those in a hurry. A great meal that is good for you.
  • 1 Small or Medium Red Pepper
  • 1 Small or Medium Yellow Pepper
  • 2 Celery Stalks
  • 1/3 Head of Broccoli
  • 2 Medium Carrots
  • 2 Bone-less / Skin-less Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Cup Rice un-cooked (Your choice)
  • 1/4 Cup Teriyaki Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Olive & Sesame Seed Oil
  1. Start by cooking the rice according to the directions on the box.
  2. Pre-heat a grill or BBQ and cook the chicken. Brush with teriyaki sauce after chicken is turned.
  3. Chop all the vegetable to a uniform size and wash.
  4. Heat a wok or large fry pan. Add olive oil and sesame seed oil to the pan and allow to heat until almost smoking. Add vegetables. Saute over a
  5. medium - high heat turning vigorously so veggies don't burn. cover and allow steam to cook vegetables.

  • Slice cooked chicken breasts into strips and add to veggies. Continue to cook until vegetables are soft.
  • Remove wok from heat and add 1/4 cup of teriyaki sauce and stir. Serve on a bed of rice. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and enjoy.
