Ingredients:
2. Add remaining dry ingredients
3. Add egg and oil, stir until mixed.
4. Add milk and mix. Use only enough milk to get desired consistency. The thinner the batter the thinner and lighter the pancakes.
5. Cook in cast iron pan. Flip cakes over when underside reaches a golden brown. Add more oil to pan between cakes to prevent sticking.
These pancakes go great with any syrup but real maple syrup is the best. Recipe makes enough for 2 people, about 6 or 8 5" cakes.

- 1/4 cup fine corn meal
- 1/4 cup poppy seeds
- 1/4 cup oat bran
